Well Seriously said, I don’t know about the Users, But I don’t like this type of Navbar, Banner, Admin Bar. Now WordPress also showing Admin bar when you are login just like Blogger. So Here is the Simple Way to Remove the Navbar (admin Bar) from Blogger:

1. Sign in to Your Google Blogger Account and Go On Your Blogger Template in Deshboard, Where you want to Disable the navigation Bar. Becuase Users have lots of Blog in One Google Account So Choose your that theme, where you want to disable Navigation Bar.

2. Now You are on Your Blog Admin Panel, Now click on Design Button and Select Edit HTML option. Where you will got a Edit Template Where you can Edit the Contents of your Template.

3 Now Just Scroll down and See the Stylesheet (CSS) of the Blogger  or  press (Ctrl+F) and search for <b:skin><![CDATA[/* Just Like this:

<b:skin><![CDATA[/*

4. After that Code, Just paste This Line for Remove the Navbar (Admin Bar)

5. Then SAVE TEMPLATE Button in Oragne Color

6. Now Just checkout Your Blog, Where Magically NavBar has Removed. Now Make your Theme design More Better.
